NBT Tip: A Bed Of Veggies

Some of my clients are not huge fans of the veggie variety. A useful tip is to eat each meal on a bed of veggies. Whether it’s a bed of greens, sliced veggies, steamed veggies, etc.

Each bite will incorporate some vegetables so you’re not biting into JUST veggies.
