Myth or Fact? There’s No Such Thing As Drinking Too Much Water

This is a myth!

You can overhydrate causing water intoxication. This occurs when you drink enough to dilute the electrolytes and salt content in your bloodstream causing symptoms such as vomiting, disorientation, and more. 

A general rule to follow is to drink half your body weight in ounces.
