Orange juice CAN be healthy, it just depends on the amounts and if it’s natural. Oranges naturally have loads of vitamin C, are rich in folate and are a good source of antioxidants among other benefits. When juicing an orange, while you do lose some nutrients, you’re still getting those benefits. One key thing to remember is that natural is best and when you make it yourself, you have full control over quantity and ingredients.
Avoid the commercial ones because they usually contain unnecessary sugars and preservatives. Besides, fresh always tastes better!
