This is a myth!
If it was that easy, you would see more of bulky guys around and protein shakes wouldn’t be flying off the shelves, in hopes of creating those desired muscles. Muscle building comes from a combination of lifting heavy weights, eating a lot of protein, and correct training techniques. The average person lifting weights will lose inches, increase their metabolism, burn fat, and get stronger… WITHOUT the bulk! Note that if you have a tendency to bulk up in a certain area (common areas for women are the hips, thighs, or glutes) you may want to use lighter weights for that area only.
