Myth or Fact? I have to weigh food forever to maintain my weight loss

This is false. While weighing your food and ingredients is certainly recommended and encouraged, you don’t have to weigh everything and/or every time. After a few times of weighing certain things, you will learn to eyeball it for the future. 

My main tip is to go back to physically weighing things from time to time, just to be reminded of the true amounts.
