Myth or Fact? I Can Lose Weight Just by Taking Vitamins

This is a myth!

There is no vitamin out there that can work the magic of an overall healthy lifestyle. Weight loss and health go hand in hand, and while there are plenty of vitamins claiming to boost your progress, you’ll quickly find that they are dependent on your general lifestyle. 

Certain vitamins are great boosters for weight loss but they are not an alternative.

Remember to stay on track with your healthy lifestyle and discuss taking vitamins with your counselor and/or doctor to ensure you’re taking them responsibly, so you can take advantage of the boost.
