This is technically a fact, however…
It’s unhealthy, unsustainable, and not recommended.
*Just because it says diet on the label, doesn’t mean it’s dietetic.
*Just as with non-diet foods, all sorts of unhealthy additives are added, so make sure to check nutrition labels.
*Lastly, any healthy form of eating will include all food groups. The only omissions would be related to health conditions.
So have your diet foods if you wish, but continue to incorporate fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, grains, and other naturally healthy foods.
Remember, variety and moderation.
