There are several herbs and spices that are extremely healthy and can curb your appetite, speed up your metabolism, and some even burn fat. That being said, you can definitely incorporate the plethora of herbs and spices into your diet but remember that while they may aid your progress, they are not replacements for overall healthy eating.
