This is a myth!
The theory behind detoxing is that you have supposedly accumulated toxins in your body. The truth is, if toxins did build up in a way your body couldn’t excrete, then you would literally be dead or in serious need of medical intervention.
A typical, healthy body has kidneys, a liver, skin and lungs; all of which automatically detoxify as we live. There is no known way (certainly not through detoxing) to make what already works, work better. So, don’t spend your money on cleanses and quick fixes. The old fashioned diet and exercise route, still works best!
