Myth or Fact? Certain Diets Can Make Cellulite Vanish

This is a MYTH!

We all wish! Medically speaking, there is no such thing as cellulite. It’s actually just a marketing term for “pudge” that ripples around the body (usually the thigh area) in 50-90 percent of women regardless of size or physical activity level. This clumpy fat results from fat stored just under the skin in honeycomb like structures held in place by bands of connective tissue. Since cellulite is just stored body fat, there is no specific diet to magically make it disappear, but wholesome eating and regular exercise HELPS (not cures).
