Myth or Fact: All Protein Bars Are Created Equal

This is a myth.

In fact, some “protein bars” are not even protein bars but rather sugar and junk bars masquerading as protein bars. 

How can you tell? Look for:

✅ The least amount of ingredients 

✅ The highest amount of protein

✅ The first ingredient should be whey protein or soy protein NOT sugar or corn starch etc.

Look OUT for:

❌ Artificial sweeteners which will just make you hungrier and crave more 

❌ High calorie bars such as those that are over 220 calories
