It’s the middle of the day and you’d love a sweet snack. Here’s a great one for you and it’s gluten-free!
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups dry instant oats
- ¾ cups oat flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cups chocolate chips
- â…“ cups sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the wet ingredients and then the dry ingredients in the same bowl.
- Once everything is combined, form 12 equal-sized balls.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes.
Makes 12 Servings. Count each serving as a snack.
