A great way to make sure your workout doesn’t go to waste is to prep your food BEFORE you work out. Exercise builds up an appetite, and usually motivates you to choose healthier options. However, it’s a lot harder to start cooking instead of eating what’s right in front of you, especially if the only food around is unhealthy. Prepping your food beforehand (and not having unhealthy snacks around!) will help ensure that you are satisfied and staying on track after your workout.
