Recipe of the Week: Little Cups of Breakfast

Here’s an easy way to have a filling and healthy breakfast even if you are short on time in the morning.

      Ingredients:

  • 2 mashed bananas (ripe)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of chocolate chips or raisins

     Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle chocolate chips or raisins on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes

 

Makes 12 muffins. Count 2 muffins as a complete breakfast or 1 muffin as a snack
