Here’s an easy way to have a filling and healthy breakfast even if you are short on time in the morning.
   Ingredients:
- 2 mashed bananas (ripe)
- ¾ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Sprinkle of chocolate chips or raisins
   Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle chocolate chips or raisins on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes
Makes 12 muffins. Count 2 muffins as a complete breakfast or 1 muffin as a snack
