Choose whole grains and lean proteins, eat plenty of vegetables, and make sure you have filling, enjoyable snacks to keep your metabolism running and make sure you are full and not deprived. However, for most people, having a nutrition plan is not enough. It is common to require weekly accountability and motivation, as well as an investment of time and/or a financial commitment, in order to stay on track. For some, even weekly accountability is not enough. If you have struggled to stay on a great food plan, despite being fully committed, motivated, and accountable, coaching may be for you. Our expert team of Certified Life Coaches and motivational counselors will help you get to the root of your food related struggle. Using a combination of tools such as of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as traditional coaching methods, our experts will help you understand and then deal with issues such as emotional eating, binge eating, and persistent self sabotaging.
