Not everyone knows that most vegetable leaves, are in fact edible. Not to mention, they’re delicious and nutritious.

Here are some examples:

*Beets 

*Broccoli 

*Carrots 

*Cauliflower 

*Celery

*Cucumber

*Radish

**Some leaves should only be consumed in small quantities or cooked.
