Sometimes the motivation to work out dies as the day goes by. Work is exhausting, or chores get the better of your time. A great way to help you keep that motivation going is to keep your workout gear in a place that you’re going to see throughout the day, or after work. If you can, wear your gym clothes on you already so you’re halfway there! Seeing your gym bag sitting in the seat next to you as you get into your car can also motivate you to use it, even if you were tired. In the house, keep your gear in a visible place so you’re tempted to make some use of them!
