- Say yes to: A varied diet. Leos like to go big, and a diet with no carbohydrates at all won’t last. ??✅
- Exercise tip: Find a good balance between work, play and exercise. Leo rules the heart, so any heart strengthening exercises and cardio, are great for you. ❤️????
- Leos have strong stomachs and can handle rich wines and meats however, time will catch up to Leos. It’s important to eat healthy while young, and maintain a balanced diet that is low in fatty foods and starches.????
- Team sports allow Leos to burn off all of their pent up energy. Leos will be in their glory if they join a basketball or soccer team that would welcome an added player. ⚽???
