Fit Tip- Home Remedy for Sore Muscles

Ever find it hard to move the day after a workout from all the sore muscles? Try this home remedy of lemon juice and honey!

Mix 2-3 tablespoons honey and lemon juice from 3-4 lemons. Microwave for 30 seconds and apply with a towel to sore areas.

Honey has anti-inflammatory qualities, and lemon along with the heat is a good muscle relaxer as well as a great source of vitamin C. The combination also has a soothing smell which is proven to reduce mental stress.
