Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Food Log It!

My staff has been getting lots of requests lately for us to email our printable food log. Well as most of you know, not only do I recommend keeping track of your food intake, but I’ve been tracking my food as well for over 15 years now!

This is one of the most basic and helpful tools that is readily available to you. Even if all you have is a scrap piece of paper and a pencil, jot it down. This is your own form of accountability and a perfect way to reference your food intake. 

And remember- you can print the food log right off of our site!
