HYDRATION: Water to our bodies is like oil to an engine. It keeps things running smoothly and efficiently.

LEARN: Don’t just jump into moves you’ve seen in passing. Grab a DVD or go to a class and learn to exact your workout form. Bad form can not only increase soreness but can also discourage you when you don’t see the results you expected.
