It’s all pump, lift, pull, push… strain, strain, strain. Here are 3 ways to help prevent that next-day regret:

STRETCH: It’s amazing how a few simple stretches for a short warm-up can affect how your body handles that workout. On that note, don’t forget to warm down. That means just a few more stretches.

HYDRATION: Water to our bodies is like oil to an engine. It keeps things running smoothly and efficiently.

LEARN: Don’t just jump into moves you’ve seen in passing. Grab a DVD or attend a class and learn to exact your workout form. Bad form can increase soreness and can discourage you when you don’t see the results you expected.
