Some exercises will cause healthy aches and pain but you still like and enjoy them… it’s a ‘good’ pain.

But if something just doesn’t feel right, makes you miserable, or uncomfortable, or hurts in an unhealthy way, absolutely don’t do it!

You might need to build up to it physically or mentally, or it may just simply be something you will never like, and that’s ok!

Find the things you DO like and build on those to ensure a happier, healthier, and more sustainable fitness regimen.
