Fitness Tips by Tanya: Fireworks Workout

The 4th of July is a great opportunity to use those beautiful fireworks displays as a reason to work out. 

Select a local viewing place within walking distance. Choose several in your area and walk from one to the other.

While you’re waiting, you can stretch, do jumping jacks, waist twists, lunges, and more. Get creative.

Safely hold up your young children so they get a better view and you lift their weight.

If it’s a neighborhood gathering, offer to help clean.
