Fitness Tips by Tanya: Back To School Fitness Prep

When you think of preparations for the “back to school” season, you think of backpacks, lunch, folders, tuition, etc., but you can also prep for your kids’ fitness needs by getting them started before school starts because good fitness equals better overall health, focus, productivity, motivation, etc.

This will help encourage your kids to develop a fitness routine they can more easily stick to throughout the school year. 

Depending on the fitness your child prefers, make sure the jump rope they love isn’t torn or that their workout DVD isn’t scratched or misplaced. Get them started with fitness classes now or with a personal trainer. Prepare the sneakers, knee pads, equipment, gym bag, etc. Either way, prep for their fitness too.
