If you’re working out and eating healthy at the same time, you might not be seeing the numbers go down as much as you thought you would. But, this doesn’t mean that you aren’t losing fat. Muscle weighs more than fat so, if you are gaining muscle while losing fat, then it’s possible you won’t see as much of a difference when it comes to the numbers on the scale. Instead, use a measuring tape to take measurements of your arms, waist, chest, hips, and legs, and compare those numbers. You’ll see the most difference looking in the mirror, not looking at the scale.
