Fit Tip- Take a Walk

School is in session, and a great way to keep those young geniuses active, is to encourage them to walk to school.

Of course, don’t send them on a 10 mile journey, but if school or activities and friends are within walking distance, throw on a pair of sneakers and go for a nice, brisk walk. 

Not only will you be promoting healthy habits for your children but you’re doing the same for yourself.
