1. Work harder, not longer- Make your workouts more intense on the muscles. Your body adapts to anything you put it through, so you have to challenge yourself in order to keep it working. If you’re looking to lose some weight or gain muscle, try adding in some light weights; you can also add heavier weights and do fewer repetitions instead.
  2. Vary your routine- As we mentioned, your body gets used to routine very quickly. In order to keep your body stimulated, it’s important to vary your routine so that you can keep seeing results. You can change the order of your exercise or implement some new types of workouts while dropping the easier ones you’ve outgrown.
