You can try all you want to work one spot but there is no guarantee that the fat is going to come off that area. You will likely gain muscle which will tone the spot, but if you are looking to drop in numbers, this ploy doesn’t work. Instead, do full-body workouts and high-intensity training. A good exercise routine with a non-destructive diet should do the trick.
