Many people become unmotivated because they’re not seeing results, and this is often a result of exercising on autopilot. Unfocused and uneducated exercise, often leads to bad quality workouts. If you cut your workout in half, but maximize the quality, you will most likely see better results than before. You’ll realize that doing 5 proper sit-ups with all your abdominal muscles engaged, is just as effective as doing 50 sit-ups the wrong way.
