Eat them RAW


Most fruits and vegetables lose their “umph” when cooked so, try to keep it RAW.

Whether it’s a big salad, a bag of carrot and celery sticks or a whole tomato with your sandwich.

And remember to try out fruits and veggies you haven’t yet. Sometimes one bite opens you up to a new world of nutritious possibilities.
