We all know how important hydration is, especially when working out and sweating. So let’s kill 2 birds with one stone… metaphorically speaking of course.

Going out for a walk, run or a jog?

Grab 2 filled water bottles, one in each hand and go!

Use the bottles as light weights. As you drink, they will of course become lighter so it will be easier as you tire.

Depending on the bottles, you can also attach them to belt loops on your bottoms to add some light, weight resistance.
