Fitness Tip- Don’t Fall!

Ok, so we don’t mean like…. off a roof of course! We just thought the picture was cool.

We mean in relation to age.

As you age, exercise can reduce your risk of falling. While this sounds humorous at first, falling at an older age can be very dangerous and cause serious injury. For older adults, research shows that doing balance and muscle-strengthening activities in addition to moderate aerobic activity can help reduce your risk of falling, which will ultimately keep you safer and healthier!
