If you’re looking for a banana to fill you up, make sure to choose one that isn’t too yellow. The greener the banana, the more starch it has, which takes more time to break down in your system, thus getting you fuller faster. Just make sure that it’s not too green and keep in mind that it may cause gas and bloating, so listen to your body. If they’re a little too green, give them a few hours to an additional day to ripen a bit more.
