I often see coleslaw on people’s food logs and they tell me it’s store bought, but are quick to reassure me that it’s dietetic because it’s sugar free. I remind them that it may be sugar free, but the fat (even though it’s light mayo) does add up. So what to do?
Use in moderation if it’s made with low-fat mayonnaise or make your own.
