Kohlrabi (sometimes called a German Turnip) is a sharp flavored vegetable from the cabbage family, and both the bulb and leaves are edible. It has few calories but is an excellent source of vitamin C and antioxidants. Kohlrabi is a great snack to have on-the-ready. Remove the outer layer, cut them into sticks, and add some salt and lemon, and you’re all set! DELICIOUS!
