The weather is beautiful and the grills are out! Grilling requires little to no oil plus it allows the fats to drip off the food while keeping the food delicious. Additionally, you can pretty much grill anything!

Whether it’s on a rack, a grilling pan, a grill sheet or even a makeshift sheet from aluminum foil with holes, just season and put it on the grill!

Not only can you grill a variety of different meats, poultry and fish, but you can grill vegetables and fruits too!
