Tanya’s Tip of the Week: Count Your Blessings!

Count your BLESSINGS and realize where you are NOW, NOT where you used to be 1, 5 or 10 years ago. Think of them and write them down. Use that list to remind yourself of those blessings every time the scale didn’t move or when you find you’ve lost some motivation.

Things like:

  1. My skirt fits looser.
  2. I no longer feel “Hangry” (hungry + angry)
  3. I stopped nibbling.
  4. I’m able to run now.
  5. I feel better.
  6. I get a lot of compliments.
  7. I’m not out of breath.
  8. I’m eating amazing foods, guilt free.
  9. People are stunned with my progress.
  10. I’ve already extended my life.

The list can grow if YOU let it.
