What is your goal? My goal is to be at my optimal weight (125 lbs.) and health and get my levels of energy up. I wasn’t successful in losing weight on my own at all since I had my thyroid removed, until I joined the program.
What are your dieting challenges? I find it very hard to stick to the plan when I am out or invited to someone’s place or event.
Please share a recent victory that you had: Since I started, I told myself the one thing I’m always sticking to from day 1, will be the 10-12 cups of water. I was so good with that one aspect from day 1 until very recently when I went away on vacation and it just seemed impossible to stick to just water, so I was drinking a lot of Diet Coke and other juices and very little water. It took me about 2 weeks to get back on track with the water, and finally I’m back to at least 10 cups. It gives me tremendous satisfaction knowing that I’m developing a habit that is so good for me and that I’m sticking to it.
What are some tricks or tools you found helpful? I try to get in 2-3 cups in the morning on an empty stomach, and then it just seems much easier to catch up to the rest from that starting point.
