Fitness Tips by Tanya: Clean Home, Healthy Body

Cleaning is already a productive task and let’s face it, who doesn’t like a clean home? But why not “kill two birds with one stone” or in this case, vacuum?

Use your cleaning time to work out too!

  • Do lunges while you vacuum
  • Do squats when organizing
  • Run up and down the stairs
  • Add ankle and wrist weights for more of a challenge
  • Do step-ups with your stool when cleaning higher areas

And overall just be creative because every form of cleaning can be made into a workout.
