Tanya’s Tip of the Week: A Citrus Bath

We’ve shared posts before about how a healthy lifestyle should include pampering yourself and how scents affect our mood. 

So, here’s today’s tip! Have your citrus fruits and save the peels. Run yourself a bath and throw ‘em in. Whether you’re using orange, grapefruit, or lemon peels, the warm water softens the peels and extracts the natural oils which also releases their aroma. Happy pampering!
