Tanya’s Tip of the Week: A Citrus Bath

We recently shared some posts about how a healthy lifestyle should include pampering yourself and how scents have an effect on our mood.

So, here’s today’s tip! Have your citrus fruits and save the peels. Run yourself a bath and throw ‘em in. Whether you’re using orange, grapefruit or lemon peels, the warm water softens the peels and extracts the natural oils which also releases their aroma.
